Went on a big bike ride via Mission Bay, Remuera Dominion Rd and back to Ponsonby. I have noticed the bicycle lanes introduced by the Govt are really an improvement…
Feel im saving on petrol and doing my bit for the environment.
Riding a bicycle for long distances tones you up. Got to do it more often!

For extra fitness bought an Apollo bike on special –
Gonna ride to the Waitakeres, the beach, karate etc.
Might save some coins and help the environment too now that petrol is going up.
