Apolonia has written 4 entries about this goal

James and the Giant Peach 3 years ago

Finished this one. Once again I don’t really see why anyone would want this book banned. Cute kids book, makes me a little curious to see the movie. My next one on this list should be Killing Me. Griffin by Lois Duncan.
On an unrelated note I was striking out the books I had finished on the list but the strike entry doesn’t seem to be working. If anyone who reads this knows whats going on or if the entry has changed let me know.
Thanks

Finiahed another and requested 2 more 3 years ago

I finished The Goats last night, I read it in a couple of hours. I still haven’t figured out why anyone would want this books banned. It wasn’t a bad read. I probably would have enjoyed it more if I had read it as a young adult.
I requested James and the giant peach by Ronald Dahl and Killing Mr. Griffin by Lois Duncan next.

I'm going to make use of the library for this goal 4 years ago

Rather than buy, or trade for these books I am going to use the library. I borrowed Daddy’s Roommate, already read it and crossed it off the list. Next one I requested is The Goats by Brock Cole. I am going to try and start with the childrens and Young Adult stuff first.
