learn how to ask for help when I need it

Don’t mind admitting I don’t know how to do something at all It’s the asking part for me….......I have a very challenging time asking for help…..to ask someone for their time…...I would prefer to be offered it…....then I don’t feel like I’m imposing…......I’m getting better at it!
I have no problem if I can pay for the services, it’s with friends family and colleagues I need to practice with.
