I have been an insomniac since as long as I can remember. I remember how upset my father would be when he’d catch me awake at 1am on a school night. I know it all has to do with my anxiety, sinuses, (and what I think I might have as sleep apnea…although nobody else believes me). I’ve tried warm milk, a warm bath, shutting off all electronics, counting sheep, reading before bed, sleeping pills, pills to realign my biological sleep sleep schedule (which seems to work the best)...however I know my sleep is still restless. Lots of vivid dreams and nightmares. I just want to have a full night’s rest. I wake up in the morning feeling groggy EVERYDAY. No matter how many hours of sleep I got the night before.
