I feel like being in control of what’s going on in my life (and of those closest to me) will somehow give me a purpose in life. It will prepare me for “worst case scenarios”, and give people a reason to need me. However, i think it just annoys people and pushes them away. But I’ve been this way for so long. How do I learn to let go?
