Yesterday I went jogging for the first time in 2 years, ate salad for dinner, drank a cup of green tea and lost 0.5kg by the end of the day XD .

I am currently 167cm tall and weighing at 60kg. I wish to lose 5kg and I am hoping to do this the healthy way, which is to have a balanced diet and to exercise regularly. It is going to be difficult for me because I am not exactly the sporty kind of person (meaningIwouldratherbehomeplayingvideogames). I am also hoping that this will help to improve my social life since I am always too embarrassed about my lack of stamina to join my friends in most of their outings. It is often easier said than done but I am going to give it a try.
