be a better public speaker

i can’t get over the feeling that i completely bombed an important seminar i gave last week because i couldn’t speak clearly enough to get all my points across to my audience. i got so freaking nervous that i just started to totally ramble on about everything and nothing all at once. i’ll never forget the look of complete confusion on one of the attendees faces…maybe it wasn’t confusion but thats what it looked like to me. thank goodness the guy following me knew exactly what he was doing cause he saved the day. the fall out was minor in comparison but damn…i wanted to do so much better than i did
