Quick question… how bad is caffeine? I think i read it really doesn’t dehydrate you until like the 3rd of 4th cup..

I’ve been neglecting any good eating habits lately. It’s taking ti’s toll on me. I have to get back on by usual – no eating after 6pm deal.. It is highly correlated to my lack of exercising for the past 3 weeks (due to a knee and ankle injury) :(
Yesterday I managed to go jogging while in light rain. I tell you – one of the best feelings in the WORLD (Nature at it’s best). I ate a bowl of milk and Cheerios for dinner last night, and woke up feeling GREAT!
Tell me… Why is everyone’s easy solution for a get-together: Pizza???? It really doesn’t help me any. This weekend (Saturday) we ordered pizza, and then I helped a friend move Sunday – and he also ordered pizza… I can tell you this.. Domino’s has a better “take out” taste than Pizza Hut.. lol
I’ve lost 20 lbs (from 191 to 171) by simply eating my last meal before 6pm, and jogging at least 3 miles every two days (Sometimes I take the weekends off…) Iv’e been doing this since last August, I know – I think it’s a slow pace… but I’m being constant with my jogging, makes me feel YOUNGER and ALIVE! :)
Opps… I guess I pigged out on Pizza last night… Oh well (I have been eating more vegetables than usual…)
Kind of messed up yesterday…. I ate a mushroom swiss burger at Buffalo Wild Wings….

Mostly to help me feel “lighter” and with more energy during my normal day… I dont’ like feeling sluggish all the time…
So for right now, I have managed to delete coffee, sodas, and bread.
Now to work on eliminating the dark meats….. eeewwww
