I recently bought a BodyMedia device and it’s doing its job. I managed to grab it with a Groupon discounta few weeks ago and I think it is more of a motivator. I still need to fix the way I eat (intake, etc). It is pretty cool that it tracks the calories and helps you “see” whether or not you are getting sufficient sleep. I’ve combined cardio (3 miles, 3 times a week) and I’ve managed to loose 10 pounds in 1 month.
