ok so i haven’t been to the gym in about two weeks but i’m trying to make sure i still keep active like yesterday i took a 2hr walk and today i did over 100 crunches. and i’ve been trying to watch what i eat. it’s not a great start but it’s better than nothing. everything counts.

I’m trying to excercise regularly, like every other day… my big problem is when i work out my muscles are sore the next day and i have to wait till the next day to work out again. Oh and i stretch every time before i work out.
