I live in Orange County where the housing prices are ridiculous I could maybe get a one bedroom condo where I live for $400,000. Not to mention needing to work on my credit and debt. I just wonder how anyone in my generation buys houses around here. I mean I know with mortgages these days it’s a lot easier, and maybe I just need a better education about everything. I can wait till the prices come down a little, if they ever really do, but right now I’m getting killed with my $1800 a month rent on a 2 bedroom apartment. Seems vicious.
