I started researching Vespa’s today, and I’ve concluded that a Vespa isn’t the best choice for my budget. I’ve seemingly found a great alternative though – the Vino 125 by Yamaha.

Great styling, 80mpg, top speed 55-60 mph, room for my hubby to ride… Plus I can get a used one (2006?) for around $2000.

These were all over the place when I went to Italy.
Practically, it would be best to live in a downtown area and not in the suburbs. When my husband and I are both retired, I’d love to sell one of our two cars and buy a Vespa instead. That would be grand. It would be easier then because there would no longer be two jobs to commute to and no kids to drive around. Still, if I can manage one sooner, all the better!
