My husband and I are doing a little experiment…can we go 100% local for a year, starting in September? This means, eating seasonal, local ingredients…and here’s the catch—ON A BUDGET.
Is it cheaper to eat at big box grocers, or is it (with a little planning) just as inexpensive to eat a local and organic diet?
