I meditated before getting up this morning. I want to meditate before going to bed and getting out of bed for the next few weeks and see if I can feel a difference during the day.
I’m going to record my progress on here because otherwise I won’t know if it works.

I want to do this mainly to help me be more patient but also to help me clear my mind of all the junk that tends to accumulate during modern life so I can focus on the important things like my family and my goals.
I know I need to do it every day though if it’s going to work and that’s hard to fit in, especially as procrastinating is one of my vices.
