Been pigging out since the end of Lent but intend to begin again tomorrow, charting progress every day to keep me on track.

I’ve not been very well lately and without realising it, have managed to put lots of weight on. Finally went to the gym today and was quite surprised by just how much. Am going to be really strict with myself over the next month.
8th June – 65.4kg – burned 300kcals

3rd March: weighed 62.4kg burned 300cals
2nd March: weighed 63.2kg burned 500cals



Major slip backwards

10th Feb: weighed 63.1kg burned 300cals
9th Feb: weighed 63.4kg burned 300cals

New Resolution

I’m going to start charting my gym usage on here – in the form of calories burned so I can keep track of correlation between weight and exercise.
Today: weighed 62.1kg burned 400kcal



Disappointing

Got weighed yesterday and I’d put on more than I expected. Very disappointing. Haven’t been very good today either, but the way I see, I need to clear all the crap out of my house before I can buy in good stuff, right?
Must do better tomorrow.
