Well I'm up

So obviously this is not working so far. I’m getting really discouraged. I end up pulling all nighters. and staying up half of the day and crashing. And the cycle repeats itself. I had been going on walks in the mornings at about 6. But the past three mornings I’ve kind of given up hope and just slept. I’m starting to think I might be a vampire. Not good news. Any encouragement?
