running- hit 10:30 for 2.4k; run a 21k half marathon
chest- (now:60) 72 pushups, try handstand pushups (now: 9 on 43) 10 reps on 49kg straight press
back- (now: 12) 15 pullups
legs- (now: 50) 70 squats, 7 proper pistol squats each side
abs- solid. 100 crunches on mat
other- swim, muay thai
