This weekend I lapsed. I went to this workshop (an all day thing) and all there was to eat was sweets! I didnt even think about it. I am starting fresh and new tomorrow because I already ate cookies. Its so hard once you start again. I need some advice on how to resist the temptations.

This is my first day in about 8 months that I havent ate any sweets. It’s really tempting, it seems like everytime I try to do this more cake, cookies, and candy is available. Last time I tried to do this I went two months, and I felt way better and healthier. I am attempting this once more
