Every night I try to talk myself out of them, but every night I find myself nose-to-rug pumping them out. Guess it’s paid off, cuz now I can do 35 at once, which is more than most of the guys I know.

think I’ll make it 25 2 times a day for the next week, bc then 30 at once will feel like nothing.
But I’ve been doing them anyway. Started on 1/7/07, increased by 5 every week and I’m up to 20 by now (yes, I know mathematically that means I started out with a wimpy 5 push-ups a day, I was trying to avoid putting that in writing but you’re just too smart for me ;) ) I’ve been patting myself on the back on the sly, but now I don’t know what to do for the upcoming weeks: should I increase to 25, and then start dividing the number into sets? I don’t think I can handle 30, 40, 50 push ups in one clip. Not yet anyway.
Started this on the 7th really. 5 push ups a day for a week, at which point I was going to set the bar low and increase by 2 for the next week (because I am a cream puff). However, my boyfriend called me out on my cream-puffiness, so I upped it to 10 the second week, and 15 this week. Lets see who’s the cream puff when my guns make you weep ;)
