I’m down 60.5lbs now. I’m on the other side of this hill. My beginning weight was 247lbs, I’m now 186.5lbs. I feel friggen amazing. The whole food/raw food lifestyle is the only reason I’ve gotten this far. I’m so blessed to have been educated on how to actually eat.

My tricks? Well…
Honestly myfooddairy.com has really put my eating into perspective. I didn’t realize just how much calories I consumed until I got on that site. It’s $9 a month, but I think it’s completely worth it. It taught me how to eat.
That and that site keeps track of your activity too, so I’ve been trying to bike ride at least twice a week, swim twice a week and get in the sauna before I swim too.
This totally sounds like a advertisement, but I really owe a lot of my success to that site. Otherwise, 15 lbs would have been impossible, let alone trying to get off 100.
