Explore one new place in my community a day!

Tried a new coffee spot: blue bottle coffee in SF, neat! They roast their own and even hold classes- very hip!

Went to a new comedy joint, cool to know its there :)

Thursday: a really cool store by my work that I will be going to again for Christmas presents, very unique stuff!

Friday: new Thai place by my work, it was yummy!

Saturday: finally went up coit tower in San Francisco, such pretty views! Can’t believe I’ve lived out here and missed this….

So fun being a tourist in your own city!

woooowww!! i have been wanting to check this place out for quite some time, and i finally went in there today mostly to buy a tiffin, but i ended up with so many goodies! i bought raymond all of my favorite snacks from india, and it really brought me back to my trip there walking down the aisles… i felt so good after i left! and they have delicious samosas for sell for just .75cents!!! what a steal.

my tiffin ended up costing me only $11 which is so great! online the same one runs about $35!!

Sunday: We went out to dinner at a new vegan indian/pakistani restaurant. It was delicious! I am eating mostly vegan now… trying to be really healthy, and working mostly from recipes from the THRIVE diet (not really a traditional diet, just a way of eating)

Monday: Checked out a tea story I have been wanting to go to, it was beautiful! But much too expensive to purchase tea from.. very swanky and upscale. I’ll stick to celestial seasonings ;)

We also went to a new center in the town I work in that holds really awesome workshops… I hadn’t heard about it, but a friend invited me to a book signing and I went with her, to get our books signed and hear a discussion from a medium who speaks to the dead. It was really neat. I’m excited to read my signed copy of the book :)

even cheaper than the one I normally go to! I have found that since I budget out my money in cash, it often makes the buying price of gas a little bit cheaper… every little bit counts!

Friday- checked out a new movie theater for doc fest and loved it! I’ll b back.

Saturday- went to a yummy Italian restaurant a friend suggested, very good! But trying to eat a bit healthier than the food offered there..

Sunday- went a new route on a walk

Monday- am heading now to a new church for a meeting :)

I drove a completely different way home from a clients house and it was beautiful and soothing… lots of trees, and I avoided traffic. Much longer route, but probably ended up saving myself time because the freeways have lots of traffic. Will definitely take this new route instead! Beautiful nature, I love you.

Got to check out my first MLS game. Quakes v Galaxy… in San Jose. It was fun, I wish we lived closer! But fun to watch soccer nonetheless!

AWESOME STORE. a friend wanted to go here to find fabric to finish a sari she has, and we went after work. I will definitely be back :)
