i have been in contact with several different organizations.. and it is proving rather difficult to find a program to meet my needs (As i am in graduate school and my availability is somewhat jacked up)

the one program i got accepted into is now booked.. and other ones that i have applied for I decided not to accept because of the money issue. I need to do some fundraising to get to Africa, and then I also need to alott some time off from school to go.

I got accepted to go to Uganda.. YAY! except.. I realized I do not have the money to go… triple sigh sigh sigh. So.. it looks as if I am going to have to keep pushing back the date..

So I have made the first steps into volunteering in Africa.. I am going to interview soon. I want to go to Uganda since I watched the documentary Invisible Children… i hope i hope.
