I started with that DVD. I like it. I’m doing it everyday or almost everyday (sometimes I’m too busy). I feel so relaxed afterwards.

I’m thinking of getting the DVD Meditation for Beginners with Maritza. As soon as I can, I’m buying it and I will rate and review it.
I’d love to move to India for awhile: Find a place to live, work and study yoga & meditation and become a certified instructor and then come back to Canada afterwards.
Studying and working somewhere else then where I’ve always lived would be a great change of scenery. It would be awesome to meet new people, new cultures, and live differently than what I’m used to.
All I need to do is find a good place to learn yoga & meditation, find a place to live and a job close by so I’m able to walk to work and schcool. I’d also like to learn how to speak Indian or would I be ok with just speak English?. If anyone has any suggestions, please feel free to let me know. Thank you :D
For a better mind & body health. To be stress free. To have peace of mind and be happy. To be more flexible.
I used to take yoga classes after college when I was younger, I think I took 2 courses of 6 classes (six weeks). I always thought there weren’t enough classes in one course for what I paid but I enjoyed them nonetheless and they took all my troubles away. I stopped taking classes because I could just not afford them anymore at the time.
I would love to start again. I tried learning from books and DVD’s but I never know if I’m doing anything right or in the right order. I love taking classes with an instructor and other people, the instructor can tell me if I’m doing it wrong and show me the right way and it gets me out of the apartment and I interact more with people. Also, if I want to do yoga at home later on, I can always ask my instructor for advice and guidance.
