There were a few days that I actually forced myself out of bed even though I just wanted to stay curled up in there, but I knew I had things to do and “stop procrastinating” is actually another goal of mine I want to master. I was like “ugh, I wanna stay in bed.”, even though I knew that after a few minutes I would be fine and awake and glad I was up. I got up anyways and actually did the things I wanted to do and was happy I did :)

I’ve been getting up at the right time lately and I think it’s because I’ve been going to bed at a reasonable time instead of draging on and staying up to watch TV or read or something.
Maybe it’s because I’ve been working a lot lately and I get tired after a days work and I’m like sonked out at like 8 pm lol. But I think I can say I’ve done this goal.
