Am now up to two weeks without sugar and sweet stuff. Had my third craving for something sweet today, but luckily it only lasts for a few minutes.

Ive been having trouble getting up to my 1400 calories. It must be the weather, whenever it is starting to get warm I lose my appetite. My average for this week was only 1260 – will try to eat a teensy bit more next week.

Not doing well with the exercising though. Its already warm enough that walking any later than dawn is miserable. Did tai chi once this week…

I have eliminated almost all sugar from my diet and have been keeping the calories to an average of 1400. I read that it takes 21 days to create a habit. I am now on day 11 of no sugar and have been successful so far (did have 2 tsp in a cup of tea a few days back….). 21 days seems like a reasonable starting goal, am planning on going longer probably. I am seriously hoping to get over my sweet tooth :)

When I went to the doctor a month ago I weighed 249. Am hoping to get down to 150.
