Changing the world seems like such a huge thing, Over the holidays I have had the opportunity to see how seemingly ordinary people have done. From the wonderful cause of the people behind invisiblechildren.com to John Wood who is equipping the illiterate children of the world books, schools and libraries. Amazing! I had the opportunity to go to a cannery run by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. We were there to package refried beans to send to the earthquake victims in Peru. I was one of many people that were able to help process 100,000 pounds of the beans. While I was there I felt a strong pull to bless the life’s of others.
It is a topic that my friends and I spent much time discussing, we as a group probably 5 or 6 of us are going to do it and we want your help identifying the needs that are out there. Personally I think it is so important to not forgot about the things that can be done locally and around the world. I thing that giving education is so important and so many lower and middle class children never have the chance for college. That needs to change. Music is another passion that I have because of the joy it gives to those making it and those receiving it. Many people here in the states and in the world are missing out on these fundamental things .
