Id lost 1 stone and then ‘plateaued’, and didnt lose anything for about 6 weeks even though I was still running and cycling every day. Then 3 weeks ago I got a new waitressing job, and since then Ive kicked another 7lbs, woo! Go me… so 7 lbs to go to my target yey!

Im still stuck on 1 stone.. but today im kickstarting the second half…I had a falafel wrap and a slice of cake today. Not bad.
Heheh, i have lost 1 stone, i plan on losing the next stone in 6 weeks, i have a 10K race in 3 weeks and another 3 weeks after that, so lots of training and salads should do the trick. :D
I have lost 7lbs since i first joined this site, about 6 months ago! Useless i know, my life has been all over the place, living in various parts of the world etc, so i let myself off.
But now I have 7 weeks left in Asia, so im knuckling down, i know it must be possible to lose weight here, the locals are all tiny! Plus i need to get my boy back when i get home…
So here we go, 21 lbs in 7 weeks, thats 3/week.
I think im going to base my diet on one rice meal a day plus fruits and salad for lunch. Plus i need to swim every day for around half an hour.
Wish me luck! Im off to weigh myself, im fairly sure im 11st just now, i want to be 9st7lb. Hopefully by the 10th of feb when i get back.

Ok, so in the last week i have had no cider yey.
have probably only run every other day, gotta step that up :/
and have preeety much had 1 meal a day.
Go me.
so i want to lose 2 stone. i plan to:
a) quit cider
B) run every day even if its just for half an hour
c) eat one meal a day for all of jan and feb.
lets see what happens…
