A few months ago, I read in a magazine (I didn’t remember which) that the easiest way to start a weight loss plan was to start walking. Walking is something you do anyway so all you have to do is walk more. My doctor said I should have a goal of doing 10,000 steps a day. With today’s technology (cars, elevators, & remotes); I’m probably doing less than 1,500 now. Let the fun begin!
