I was born able to do the splits! Lucky me! :-)
I guess I could also help out learning it, since every week that I hadn’t done it, the next week I find myself unable to do the complete 180 degrees…
If you want to improve your streching, spend 10-15 minutes a week dong this:
1)15-30 Jumping Jacks. Good to get your legs warmed up.
2)Now go as low as you can with your legs stretched out.
3)Sit down with your legs spread out as much as possible.
4)After twenty seconds, change to butterfly stretch and flutter your legs for 15 seconds, it’ll increase your flexibility too, but in the other diretion. It will also contradict the ache in the muscles, making your ready to
5)Repeat steps 2-5
Spread your 10-15 minutes out throughout your week. Once you can do it, KEEP PRACTICING!!!
