I want to give up on this goal but I weighed 150 and still felt insecure and unhappy with my appearence I realize that weight isn’t the only issue, it is something deeper than that, so until I can come to terms with myself and feel gorgeous at any weight I want to say that for me this goal wasn’t worth it.
Im at 155 now. Thought i would be happier but maybe that will come if i get down to 150…
