Next Step!

I went to the interview yesterday and it went great! I walked in and asked to see Adrian, a friendly hispanic man went to go get her, and offered me a drink while I waited. All the employees greeted me and made sure I was comfortable. After about two minutes Adrian emerged from the back and asked me a few questions. She was really perky and sweet, so the interview was pretty low stress. She told me that the general manager would be in touch to set up a second interview. If the GM approves of me after his interview with me then I will go in for orientation to fill out paperwork and tax forms. Training is done over a computer program. Here are some of the questions they asked me, just in case you were curious:
1) How do you learn?
2) Tell me about a time when you recieved great customer service.
3) How would your friends describe you?
4)Tell me about a time when you had to be flexible and how you handled it.
5) Tell me about a time when you had to lead a group and how you handled it.
6) What are some extracurricular activities you participated in during school?
7) What is your favorite food to eat and where do you like to eat at?

Anyways… I’m really excited and I really hope I get the job, I think I would enjoy working at Panera. I’ll keep my fingers crossed! :D

Making progress!

I have my first interview at Panera tomorrow!! Wish me luck!

I'm a Little Discouraged...

I called on Wednesday and they told me to call back later because the training specialist couldn’t come to the phone :(
... Bummer.

Step 1

I put in an application at my local Panera Bread. While I was there I got a chance to talk to two of the training specialists and they gave me their card. They told me that if they didn’t call me in a week then I should call them. So things are looking pretty good right about now!
