I had all good intentions today. I really did.
Then I got to work. Ben had brought in Krispy Kreme’s as it was his birthday
...it would have been rude not to.
Then my colleague bought a bag of sweets and stuck them next to the gear stick.. so it was only right for me to help her eat them.
Then we discovered it was ‘Two for Tuesday’ day at Domino’s pizza. Again, it would have been rude not to.
I came home from work and there was left over Chinese food in the fridge. If I didn’t eat it, it would have gone to waste. I did the right thing.. I stuffed my face!
I feel a teeny bit guilty now, but not as bad as I thought I would. I think I’m in binge denial.
My weekend of partying, drinking alcohol and eating junk food has resulted in a weight gain.
I have put on 4 and 1/4 pounds.
I am now 9 stone 5 and 1/4 pounds.
I’m back on the healthy eating today.. but I am going to have to get to the gym on at least 2 occasions this week.. I have a BBQ on Saturday and the V Festival (lots of booze and junk food) on Sunday.
Damn these pre-planned social events!
I’ve started work on this all important mission..
I WANT A BIKINI BEACH BODY for my trip to THAILAND in November 2010.
I was 9 stone, 10lbs when I started my healthy eating / gym going ways about a month ago.
I managed to get down to 9 stone 1.5lbs by the middle of last week. I want to get to 8 stone 7lbs.
However, I went out on a massive bender this weekend. It was a birthday party and I drank so much evil alcoholic drinky poos and ate so much junk! And then, on Sunday, I stuffed my face with chinese takeaway as a hangover cure.
So I have probably out a few pounds back on. Gutted!
Back to the plan as of tomorrow, me thinks!
