Just recently I was reading an article about what processed foods can do to the body, and quite frankly I was disturbed! So I have decided to slowly start cutting myself from my favorite food group “Processed Foods”. This will be difficult as I typically don’t eat anything that is not from a box or bag. I believe Cheese Puffs should be included in everyone’s daily diet and General Mills is a god. But being only 27 and finding myself with an area of odd health problems; high cholesterol, sluggish, high BP, etc, I want to first focus on my eating habits before going to medications.
Today I hope to just find lists or guidance on what I can and can’t eat. I figure that’s a start! Wish me luck and I hope we can support eachother.
