100 sit-ups in morning and before bed
Push-ups everyday too…how many… who knows?

Esp.the push-ups! I need to get rid of this flabby arms!!!!
Been getting better at keeping this up…I have been incorporating the situps and pushups in my dance/aerobic workout that I do at home after work…its wicked when goals interwine!!xx
Did some last night…60 to be exact! hurt alittle as I haven’t done them in a while, but felt good after all the same…more tonight i think! xx
I been doing my situps mainly at night after work..I do 25 situps at one time, then do 20 (ladies push ups), then 25 situps again..I do this in 4 intervals..
When I have been doing it every night, its great..den I slack, and don’t do it for ages!!Hopefully this will keep me on track!So here’s to another great thing!! YAY!!
