For breakfast I had:
Two fried eggs fried in
two tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
1 cup of grits
1 tbsp of butter
1 tbsp of bacon bits
Real Salt sea salt
Greek seasoning salt
cracked pepper
And I also had cocoa made with:
6oz soy milk
6oz water
3tbs cocoa mix with marshmallows
with this I took a vegetarian enzyme pill
Then I had a tea made as such:
two English Breakfast Blend tea bags
in 6oz of water
and 6oz plain low-fat unsweetened soy milk
with one Splenda with added fiber
and 1tbsp clover honey
For dinner I had:
lots of peppered goat cheese
some smoked guda
Trisket type baked crackers from Whole Foods
red grapes
12oz of sweet tea
a few slices of turkey
a few slices of summer sausage
2 tbsp spun honey
about 10 raw almonds

This morning I had:
A 20oz Chai latte made with soy milk and an esspresso shot
And half a southwestern salad from Jack in the Box (I used the whole packet of dressing)
Then I had a:
green tea
with a splash of hazelnut milk
and a tbsp of spun honey
I also had one mini twix bar

This morning I wanted to eat carbs so I snacked on:
half a bag of Caesar flavored baked pea snaps
Later I had:
celery
baby carrots
4 tbs Marie’s chipotle ranch dip
cheddar cheese cubes
A tea made of:
two English Breakfast Blend tea bags
in 6oz of water
and 6oz plain low-fat unsweetened soy milk
with one Splenda with added fiber
and 2tbsp honey
A vegetarian enzyme pill
Got snacky and ate:
the other half-bag of pea snaps
three Tootsie Pops
and I had another tea made as before.
Later I was naughty and had a whole box of Rice-a-Roni.

This morning I had:
A tea made of:
two English Breakfast Blend tea bags
in 6oz of water
and 6oz plain low-fat unsweetened soy milk
with one Splenda with added fiber
and 2tbsp honey
Also I had some baked triscuts (whole foods brand)
Some peppered goat cheese
red grapes
one vegetarian enzyme pill
At lunch I had:
Two slices of seeduction whole grain bread from Whole Foods
I fried it in two tbsp olive oil
On top I put:
one can of albacore tuna
with two tbsp olive oil mayo mixed in (which was too much)
and a quarter of a small grannysmith apple, chopped
Real Salt sea salt
cracked pepper
with this I had another vegetarian enzyme
On my hike I had:
Another tea prepared as before, using the same two tea bags and I realized that 2tbsp honey is too much.
And one tootsie pop on my hike
For a late dinner I had:
Four dolmas with some Greek yogurt
A short Starbucks chai-tea latte made with soy
Two cups of organic cashew-ginger-carrot soup
with about 15 baked Caesar-flavored pea snaps
I took another digestive enzyme with this
I decided to treat myself to some chocolate:
I almost got Rese’s Peaunut Butter Cups, but instead I got a Hundred Grande bar because it had significantly less calories and grams of fat. Later I had two Tootsie Pops.
I had another snack of:
baked triscuts (whole foods brand)
Some peppered goat cheese
red grapes
with about 15 baked Caesar-flavored pea snaps
and a tall skinny glass of unsweetened Hazelnut milk on ice

And another tea made of:

with one Splenda with added fiber
and 1tbsp honey
