I’ve put this off forever .. life has a way of getting in the way. Well, I guess other things took priority.
This weekend hopefully a friend will come over to help me install my cabinet handles .. finally!
Now we just have trim, painting finishing, bottom toe-stop, microwave install, and lights on the outside and inside and we’re done.
But one thing at a time. :)

I think today I’ll start by just screwing back in the wall face plates and browsing again for cabinet handles. (Hell, maybe I’ll even buy some this time!)
I’m hoping the housemate I find will help generate more enthusiasm around finishing this. (Reminds me, I need to make that clear to a potential housemate I’m considering. Good thought.)

Why does the last 5% of most projects seem to take forever? I’m close, but finishing painting, ordering and installing cabinet hardware, finishing the toekicks, installing the microwave, staining the beam, installing trim … I need HELP.
I’ve run low on energy.
So I’m starting a Space Improvers Support Group. Starting with my friend. Anyone in the Bay Area need help, wanna join? Every other weekend we go to each other’s house and help with a specific project that we can complete in a day, or at least a recognizable phase within a day.
Join us!
