Relax?

I don’t think i really know how to do that. I mean, i’ve tryed but i don’t think its something that should be forced. Right now, my back and sholders hurt to bad, and are so stiff. I stay up most nigt thinking about all the stresses i need to deal with. and i just can’t relax.
I should start doing yoga again, i think i as really relazed when i was doing it before. now i just need to motivate myself
