I’ve been trying to practice yoga more regularly at home. But I find that i do better in classes so maybe I should look into that. I went to class every week 2 years ago and that helped a great deal. I’m slowly but surly getting back into it, and i does aid my back/neck/shoulder pains when done often. but I need to brush up and Do it more frequently. I’ve only been doing it once a week, and not as intense as I should be. But I will work on it!
