i need a gay test

Most of my friends are (and have always been) straight. I did not lose touch with them when I moved into the city. But it did become more of a challenge to see them as often as I want. I figure since I want to have more DC-oriented friends who are close by, why not be novel and make them gay? But how do I do that without cheating on the DP, hanging out in bars, or trolling around AOL. This goal may be more difficult than buying a house AND writing a book.
