Lose a pound each week in 2006

and I can kind of tell the difference with the staple. I still have cravings, but I don’t feel hungry so I don’t act on those cravings, so it does make a difference in that.

It is supposed to supress your appetite. My mom, her friend and I all went yesterday and had the procedure done. Even though I am sick as a dog right now, I think it is working. Im going to document my progress, and see how well it works on me.

this week, hopefully I don’t get it back this weekend.

but… they were pounds that I gained over the weekend.

This week I lost a pound and a half. I decided to take baby steps, or shall I say crawl.
