Become more like Jesus

well…. today I asked myself some really hard questions…. “Do I really want to be obedient when He shows me areas that I need to address?” “Am I willing to do whatever it takes to really be a disciple?” “ALL for Jesus?” well.. the answers change.. left to my own miserable will, I retreat.. without His help I am unable to change one iota. I can modify my behaviour, but I can’t do jack about growth and attitudes.. Lord, PLEASE make me more like you and willing to change!!!!!

Sometimes, I am just SO aware that it’s going to take a really long time to get to be JUST like Him.. sigh I am so aware of the areas where I fall grossly short, (like ALL of them.. ) lol.. I understand that it’s His work within me, cuz I never wanted much to do with Him before I met Him.. : D even now I have my days, but He’s been faithful where I get discouraged..
