Well, I have been back at the gym for about 1-1/2 months now.. I am so glad that I re established a gym membership. I feel better; although sometimes I have to kick my self to get there. Especially if I am really tired. But I am losing size, I am not sure if I weigh less, but I am reducing, and that is key! Muscle DOES weigh more than fat, so I can’t really go by weight at this point. Though come to think of it, I think I sent the scale via projectile launch to the dump a while back…. hmmmmmmm..

I am pretty much up and down with my weight.. I am determined to lose some of this, first and foremost for my health…I am not obesely overweight, but uncomfortable… My game plan at this point is to avoid eating late at night, (wretched schedule!) and to drink more water.. that is key. I want to get back into working out, but I have to find the way to do it that wont make me sick… or wheeze….
_I am discovering, again, the beauty of moderation.. and finding ways in my day to day routine to maximize my muscle work out.. Because of horrible sinuses, I end up nauseous from the gym, so I am trying other areas. As soon as it gets even moderately warm (brrrrrrr) I plan to walk more. I have seen some fruit from this in my muscle tone, my massage therapist even noticed! Soon, I expect to have an actual shape!!!!! whoooo hoooooo – lol… _
