I’m doing well today. Took my multivitamin, my diet diet pill and I ate VERY healthy. I didnt get much exercise in. I did however get some dancing in while i was cleaning my apartment. lol. I had the music going on my computer and with all the energy from my pills I just couldnt help myself! I also noticed these pills really DEcrease my appetite! I love it! I’m not craving bad foods all day long when I’m home. I feel GREAT today! Yeah! =)

Well, I was doing EXCELLENT with the healthy lifestyle thing for a few days but I’ve fallen off track. I was getting up at 3:30 a.m. before working and doing 10 minutes pilate videos then off to work for 10 hours. I ate healthy and everything. STill I have GAINED 2 lbs this week.! I was depressed today so i ate whatever i wanted and didnt exercise at all. I’m starting again tomorrow. I bought some Zantrax 3 to help. (I hope they help!) =(
Hey everyone! I’m here looking for support in my weight goals. Friends and family just don’t understand how I feel so I need to surround myself with others who feel like me. My name is Amanda and i’m 21 years old. I’ve noticed some love handles where there once was none and a pretty hefty change in my jean size. I feel horrible. I’m getting married in August so of course I want to look my best but I want to safely lose what weight i can before bathingsuit season.
