I think this change is going to be the hardest for me but I think I will soon find it to be the best. I’ve been reading that your body works harder first thing in the morning- after water, before breakfast. Also, as the Arizona Summer approaches, I will NOT want to exercise during any other part of the day. Plus, I’m not naturally morning person and I want to become one. Not to mention, how many splurges will I want to make when the first thing I did this morning was work out? =)
