learn how to knit

It took allllllll weekend to learn (I just couldn’t grasp it, I’m not too good with mt hands!), but I can finally cast on, knit, purl and cast off!

I’m currently knitting the best scarf in the world – turquoise greeny fluffy eyelash yarn – so its super soft. I’ve done quite a bit but realised last night that I need more yarn to finish it. I’ll definately post a picture when its done.

I’m going to be an Aunty (for the second time) and I’ve decided this is the time to finally learn how to knit. I’m going to get my Mum to teach me and I’m aiming to knit the little one a little blanket…. a nice easy square one!
