two saturdays ago

my client had a great thing happen and the news reports did not include the project, my work, etc…

instead of stewing, i called the client and wanted to know how that had happened. he said the reporter had been working on a different story for weeks and when the news hit on our stuff, the reporter printed the story – unrelated.

he did a make-good – of sorts – good sorts actually.

i felt good for standing up for myself once again.

I also did this with a client not giving me credit.

I pushed back hard and now they are chasing me to keep me.

good stuff.
