Detox started 5 days ago, March 9.
For the first three days, I stuck to a diet of muesli, fresh veggies & fruits, and nuts. Nothing else. There’s no restrictions to how much I can eat, but I can only eat those things.
The funny thing is, yesterday, when I was allowed to eat cooked food again, my light meal felt way too heavy for me.
I also bought a bike and intend it bike from home to work as often as possible.
Intended duration of detox: 3 months or as long as it takes me to lose the desired amount of weight.
