Just reached 26.5 – it’s not far off where I want to be. A couple of months and I’m in the region!!!

Down to 27,9 BMI – and slimmer than I was three years ago. Not much further to go for the first part, ‘obtain’ :)
I shall (hopefully) pass the 14-kilos-gone (30,8 lbs) mark in the next few days, and cross into the BMI 28 region shortly after that.
I’m currently keeping a record of my daily weight and BMI on an excel spreadsheet – it’s a good encouragement to work at it harder.
