Having been stretching and going to stretchy classes (Les Mills Bodaybalance: about as stretchy as it gets). There is some improvement, but it takes a long time.

I’m a stretching after each work out, and trying to remember to do it every morning now too.
I’m also brushing up on my agile programming techniques, so that’s two kinds of flexibility there :)
