This is a HUGE problem for me & I would like to follow some of your ideas. I too have to get up at 6:30 and I am up until usually about 3am and throw myself all off on the weekends! I stay in a constant slump of tiredness.

Goal:

During the week: 10:30 – 11pm
Friday & Saturday nights: 11:30pm – midnight
